However, we always ask you let the site director and coaches know in person of any medical conditions that must be taken into account.
What group will my child be placed in?
Campers will be broken into age appropriate groups first. If we feel a camper’s skill level exceeds that of his/her peer group we will ask if they would like to join a group more developmentally appropriate. Also we tell everyone on the very first day of camp- “If you came with a friend or teammate, close in age, you are more than welcome to stay in the same group as them.” We encourage all friends and teammates to participate in the same groups during camp if they wish.

For safety reasons, we prefer campers be picked up by a parent or guardian after camp. Campers are allowed to walk or bus home if a parent or guardian sends the camper to camp with a pre-written note giving permission to do so. The letter/note would also detail that Crew SC Camps are not liable in this situation.
